AP ANM – Selection Process
Candidates should be selected on the basis of the following rounds to attain the job in the AP ANM Exam.
Firstly candidates should be given the Written Test in which they have to be qualified with minimum cut-off marks, when candidates qualified the pre-exam then they call for Document Verification and Interview.
Everyone has to compulsorily participate in every round and should get a good score to be promoted to the next round.

AP Grama Sachivalayam – Salary
AP Village Secretariat posts will have a starting salary or consolidated stipend of Rs. 15,000. Candidates who complete the recruitment process successfully and get selected on any post of AP Grama Sachivalayam will receive a salary of Rs. 15,000/- per month.
Candidates will be on probation for a period of 2 years from the date of joining, on successful completion of the probation period, the concerned department will take necessary action to confirm the probation. AP Government will directly credit the salary in the employee’s bank account.
